Since Magnum is in a steel cage match, you know it won't be any ordinary steel cage match. In fact, let's redefine it: The "Blue Steel Cage Match" in honor of my good friend and colleague, Derrick Zoolander.

Training Injury

Ouch. While working on my new and improved finishing move (don’t worry, you’ll get to see it) I stubbed my toe. No worries … A quick trip to the pedicurist will have it fixed in a jiffy. Just in time for my to shove my boot down Freak’s throat!

Training Log

Magnum had a great day of training. After benching 385 for reps and then 2 hours of ladder and combat drills, he threw on his 84-lb weighted Xvest and tread water in the fast rapids of the Delaware River. Pressed for time, he only did 90 minutes of work in the water. Time for a post-workout latte and massage.

No pain, no gain

Once you get past the awe of the once-only-thought-possible-via-Michelangelo-sculpture-V-shaped-back, check out the nice bruising on the upper right side. This was just from a one-hour "light" session with ECWA Heavyweight Champion Frederick of Hollywood. Fred is a savage and takes no prisoners, even when it comes to his faithful manager! But this is NOTHING compared to the pounding Freak Nastty is going to receive from Magnum's fists, knees, and elbows. See you in November Freak!
